Two contradictions in its own documents

• T&C clause 2.1.11 still references an Antillephone licence, contradicting the Anjouan licence stated everywhere else. Cite the licence number and operator name instead of that clause.
• The AML policy describes the company as incorporated in Anjouan while giving a Seychelles address.

Neither is sinister on its own. Both are the kind of thing you find by reading source documents instead of other people's summaries, and we would rather show you the untidiness than a clean version we tidied up ourselves.

Is Kenya blocked

No. The restricted list, updated 14 November 2025, names Australia, Austria, Comoros, France, Germany, Iran, Myanmar, Netherlands, North Korea, Spain, Syria, the UK and the USA, plus a blanket FATF-blacklist clause. Kenya is on the FATF grey list, not the blacklist, so that clause does not catch it. Grey-list status is reviewed at the October 2026 plenary, so re-check rather than assume.

Is there no KYC

That framing is wrong. The AML policy describes due diligence at registration covering age, name, address, nationality, PEP and sanctions screening, with enhanced checks on risk flags. T&C 4.4 reserves verification on any withdrawal at the operator's discretion.
