Verifying, not vouching
We are an affiliate. You should not take our word for whether an operator is trustworthy, and we would rather hand you the checks than ask for the benefit of the doubt. Every item below is something you can verify on the operator's own pages in about ten minutes.
The checks
| Check | What we found | Where to look |
|---|---|---|
| Licence number stated | Anjouan ALSI-202503012-FI1 | AML policy and privacy policy, both updated 14 November 2025 |
| Operator entity named | Whale Operations Ltd, Seychelles, company reg. 222756 | Same pages |
| Restricted list published | Yes, 13 countries, updated 14 November 2025. Kenya absent | The restricted-jurisdictions page |
| Terms accessible without an account | Yes, in full | The terms page |
| Minimums stated in the terms | Yes, 1 USD deposit and 5 USD withdrawal | T&C 3.2 and 4.2 |
| AML policy published | Yes, describing due diligence at registration | The AML policy page |
| Payout speed substantiated | No. Only the word instant | Nowhere |
| Networks published | No | Nowhere. Read your cashier |
What we found that is untidy
- T&C clause 2.1.11 references an Antillephone licence, contradicting the Anjouan licence stated everywhere else.
- The AML policy calls the company incorporated in Anjouan while giving a Seychelles address.
- The FAQ says withdrawals are fee-free while T&C 4.6 reserves the right to deduct transaction fees.
- The public sitemap returns a server error, and the FAQ is client-rendered so it does not read cleanly without a browser.
None of those are proof of bad faith and we are not presenting them that way. They are the sort of inconsistency you find in any operator's documents if you actually read them. We list them because a page that reports only the clean findings has not done the reading.
What we deliberately do not claim
- No withdrawal-speed figure. The widely-copied 87-second number has no operator source and traces back to unrelated benchmarks on other sites.
- No Mission Rewards feature. It is not in the current program.
- No supported-network list attributed to the operator.
- No no-KYC framing. The AML policy describes due diligence at registration.
- No claim that the operator accepts M-Pesa or shillings.
Does an Anjouan licence mean much
Less than a Kenyan one would for you, because the practical question is what happens when a dispute goes wrong. Offshore licensing gives an operator a legal basis to operate. It does not give you the recourse GRA would.
Is provably fair the same as regulated
No. Provably fair is a cryptographic method of verifying individual game outcomes. It says nothing about whether an operator pays out or how a dispute is handled.
Why should I trust this page
Do not. Run the checks. That is the entire point of writing them out.
